The seal means usually cheaper — at least 75% of recent checks. One bad day doesn't kill it, and closed seasons never count against you.
Free directory listing
Verified hotels appear in the public directory at no cost. The badge for your own website is the paid product.
How verification works
- We sample real stay dates — inside your season — and compare the total price on your official website with Booking.com for the same room.
- Strictly cheaper wins: the check passes only when your direct price is lower than Booking.com — even by a cent. Ties don't count either way.
- Keep the seal with at least 75% of your last 8 checks passing. Fall below and the seal pauses for review instead of disappearing overnight.
- Every check is dated. Travelers see Verified on — a real measurement, not a marketing claim.
